摘要

对农村部门的农业活动进行的研究主要是关于种植的技术问题;然而，产生附加价值的组织方面，如知识，很少得到解决。因此，本文的目的是研究知识管理与墨西哥西北部农村农业组织创新之间的关系。采用问卷调查的方式，对雅基谷的7家主要组织进行了问卷调查，问卷共36个项目，并进行了深入的访谈。结果表明，知识管理与创新之间存在显著的正相关关系。
