We can use the method of mathematical morphology to select structural element with suitable shape and size and apply edge detection operator which is used four kinds of basic operation combinations of morphology to carry out edge detection for binary image. 摘要

针对用数学形态学的方法对熔池图像进行边缘提取时进行二值化时边缘信息丢失严重的问题,提出了一种改进方案。我们可以使用局部自适应二值化方法进行二值化,同时应用中值滤波构建连通区域,使用搜索填充算法得到最终的二值化图像。我们可以利用数学形态学的方法选择形状和尺寸合适的结构元素,并应用边缘检测算子,利用形态学的四种基本运算组合对二值图像进行边缘检测。仿真结果表明,该方法在保护焊池边缘信息的基础上,能较好地提取焊池图像边缘。
