摘要

通过智能塞传递管道内的温度、压差等监控信息,同时根据外部控制指令实现堵塞、泄塞、安全准备启动等动作。因此,需要设计专用的低频调制解调器来解决通信问题。根据低频通信系统的工作原理和低频感应通信理论,设计了适合智能插头工作环境的低频通信系统,并确定了通信协议;利用AVR单片机制作了20Hz的稳定通信载波,并提出了基于AVR单片机的曼彻斯特编解码方法。该低频通信系统具有良好的适用性,并通过实验进行了验证。
