摘要

研究了别嘌呤醇(黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂)对未肾切除大鼠肾缺血再灌注时氧化应激、肾功能障碍和组织学改变的影响。肾缺血再灌注后肾丙二醛和血清肌酐水平显著升高。而别嘌呤醇预处理在这些参数中表现出保护作用。手术组肾缺血再灌注引起明显的肾损害。术前给予别嘌呤醇可减轻小管萎缩和间质纤维化。在我们的研究中,别嘌呤醇在未切除肾的大鼠肾缺血再灌注过程中有很强的发挥有益作用的倾向。
