摘要

短期销售线路和领土农村发展政策强调了粮食生产和消费之间重新联系的重要性，这对当地人口的粮食安全和主权产生了影响。为此，我们分析了农村地区可持续发展计划、公民身份地区计划、领土发展计划的官方文件，以及对巴西南部三个农村地区和公民身份开展的项目的实地研究。从这一分析中，可以认为加强短路是促进农村地域发展的机制。

The Territorial Policy of Rural Development in Brazil: Questions and Reflections about the Reconnection between production and Consumption of Food
