摘要

智能产品服务需求的识别与评估是智能产品服务系统设计的关键环节。然而,目前国内外对特殊安全设施的识别研究较少,缺乏综合考虑多种不确定因素的服务评价方法。因此,本文提出了一个识别spsr的框架,该框架创新性地考虑了智能PSS的特征,有助于从数据价值创造的逻辑中引出spsr。在此基础上,考虑到个体语义模糊和个体主观偏好的影响,提出了一种基于粗糙模糊数的方法,帮助服务设计者获得主观、准确的评价结果。以智能汽车智能维修服务为例,验证了该识别评估方法的灵活性和可行性。
