The study finds that the financing ability and cultivation ability of science and technology finance can significantly promote the development of the innovation ability of high-tech industry. The influence of science and technology finance on the innovation ability of high-tech industry has the regional heterogeneity and the heterogeneity of enterprise ownership background, which has a better effect on promoting the innovation ability of high-tech industry in the eastern region and the private background. The influence of science and technology finance on the innovation ability of high-tech industry has the threshold effect of absorption ability. 摘要

本文基于2013 - 2020年30个省市的数据,运用熵值法从公共技术金融资源、市场技术金融资源和技术金融环境三个维度构建区域科技金融发展指数,实证检验科技金融对高技术产业创新能力的影响。研究发现,科技金融的融资能力和培育能力对高新技术产业创新能力的发展具有显著的促进作用。科技金融对高技术产业创新能力的影响具有区域异质性和企业所有制背景的异质性,对东部地区和民营背景的高技术产业创新能力的提升效果较好。科技金融对高技术产业创新能力的影响具有吸收能力的门槛效应。当阈值超过后,科技金融对高技术产业创新能力的促进作用将进一步增强。
