摘要

目的探讨眼睑部分切除联合下睑缘固定治疗先天性下睑内翻的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2013年1月至2015年7月41例(68眼)患者，年龄3-22岁，切除眼肌，6-0可吸收线缝合3-5针跗骨与轮匝肌之间，缝合皮肤，取线后5-7天，随访6个月至2年6个月，总结复发率、并发症及满意率。结果随访期间，患者无复发。有效率、满意率均为100%。结论先天性下睑内翻加眼睑切除联合下睑缘固定治疗是有效的。关键词:眼睑括约肌切除术;跗骨下板固定;先天性下眼睑内翻
