摘要

针对饮料生产行业中存在的饮料瓶泄漏检测问题,研究了饮料瓶泄漏检测排除系统。以热塑性密封PET饮料瓶为测试对象,介绍了饮料瓶挤压变形值的检测方案和特征识别方法,建立了双传感器压差检测与识别方法。设计了漏瓶检测、挤压装置调整、漏瓶排除、数据显示等相关硬件电路和软件。结果表明,系统性能满足实际功能要求。
