The results indicated differences in work engagement between the three groups of teachers, with preschool and primary teachers reporting higher absorption and dedication compared to middle school teachers. The length of working experience was positively related to vigour and absorption. As for the social factors, children and parents proved to be factors contributing significantly to work engagement, while administration and colleagues did not prove relevant for any component of work engagement.
