Information regarding habitat characteristics, main diagnostic features and protection status of the species is presented.

In the present, the only language accepted for this journal is English. The scope of the journal is to publish, disseminate and provide open access to the results of the original studies made in different zoological fields, in Romania and worldwide. Every submitted manuscript is subject to peer-review, being reviewed by at least two peers qualified to evaluate it. Distinguished authorities form the international advisory board which guarantees the high scientific profile of the journal.
