This paper specifies some HR practices that are necessary for an organization to cope with the new normal. One of the industries affected by the threat of covid-19 is the IT industry. At this point, the IT industry has taken up the task of helping other sectors as a result, the IT industry has transformed, entering a new age of digital transformation. This paper study the impact of coronavirus on the IT sector India highlights the changes.
