摘要

针对厨房和工业轴流小叶片的清洁,基于TRIZ理论和创新的机械结构,设计了一种多功能叶片清洁抛光机,用于复杂曲面的清洁抛光。采用创新的模块化设计方法,包括驱动模块、传动模块和清洗模块。结合常用叶轮的具体参数,制作了样机。经实验测试,所设计的样机模块运行稳定可靠,清洁抛光效果良好。根据叶片形状与毛刷或磨床运动轨迹的配合程度,可对不同脏程度的叶片进行清洗。最后,基于TRIZ理论,介绍了针对不同工作对象的调节装置设计和调节过程。
