Itopride, a mixed D2 antagonist and cholinesterase inhibitor, has prokinetic effects on gastric motility. The Leuven Postprandial Distress Scale is a validated patient‐reported outcome instrument for functional dyspepsia (FD) postprandial distress syndrome (PDS).
