InVitro实验室对不同消毒剂对家兔的刺激性进行了调查和对比分析。所研究的皮肤防腐剂的主要活性物质为:醇类、双荧光酸氯己定、烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵、N,N-二(3-氨基丙基)十二烷基胺。建立了一种评价皮肤防腐剂对牛精子悬浮液刺激作用的方法。
