摘要

在冷轧连轧过程中,张力控制与厚度控制相互影响较大,导致控制无效且不稳定。为了提高带钢厚度和张力控制精度,在冷连轧控制系统中设置了张力与厚度的解耦控制。应用基于遗传算法的神经网络简单自适应控制方法,设计了神经网络简单自适应控制张力与厚度多变量解耦控制系统,采用遗传算法的三层神经网络对冷轧机张力与厚度系统进行解耦。仿真结果表明,张力与量规的解耦控制是可以实现的,并且控制系统的动、静态特性都较好。
