爪哇巴厘电力系统是印尼最大的互联电力系统,目前仍实行受监管的统一电价。本研究确定爪哇巴厘电力系统跨时空的有效电价。本研究的目的是提出电力系统的节点定价,并计算其经济福利。本文详细分析了电价、节点需求、节点供应、输电负荷流和拥塞情况。有效定价在电力系统中的应用影响了投资计划的决策,降低了市场力。因此,节点定价的实施将有利于印尼电力市场的设计者和利益相关者。

Economic valuation of Efficient Pricing: Case study of Java Bali Power System
