摘要

针对工业现场分布式监控系统的传感器信号采集和数据传输,设计了一种GPRS/GSM混合通信方法,开发了一种低功耗RTU(远程终端单元)。介绍了RTU的硬件结构、关键技术和传输协议。针对GPRS网络拥塞问题,分析了RTU的可靠性设计。当GPRS连接失败时,RTU切换到短信模式恢复数据传输,保证数据的完整性。此外,RTU具有多个数据采样接口和低功耗模式。数据传输实验结果表明,在单GPRS模式下,GPRS的平均传输延迟为1.126~2.669 s,混合通信时数据丢失率由6.94%降至0。
