The control and experimental groups were observed to assess the effects of Nicotine and the role of antioxidant green tea Camellia sinensis on the survival rate and growth of chick embryo’s femur. \nResults: The control group (group-1) showed 100% survival rate of embryos. 摘要

目的:研究烟碱对鸡胚成活率的影响,并评价抗氧化绿茶茶树的预防作用。研究设计:基于实验室的实验研究。学习地点和时间:2011年11月至2012年11月,拉瓦尔品第陆军医学院。方法:在拉瓦尔品第家禽研究所饲养75只法尤米新鲜受精卵。在孵育48 h时,将实验溶液注射到四组鸡蛋中,记录对鸡蛋生长的影响,并与对照组进行比较。采用对照组和试验组分别观察烟碱和抗氧化绿茶山茶对鸡胚股骨成活率和生长的影响。结果:对照组(1组)胚胎成活率100%。实验2组胚胎存活率为100%,3组和4组胚胎存活率分别为50%和70%。结论:绿茶可降低烟碱引起的氧化应激。
