摘要

建立了一种快速、经济、灵敏的可见分光光度法定量测定原料药和制剂样品中安非那韦的方法。用显色试剂3-甲基苯并噻唑啉酮肼(MBTH)对该方法进行了验证。在啤酒浓度25 ~ 350µg/ml范围内,校准曲线呈线性。相对标准偏差小于1%,平均回收率在99.80%以上。该方法具有快速、灵敏、精密度高、准确、高效的特点,可用于质量控制实验室的分析。
