The photovoltaic system can provide active power to the load and grid at reduced cost. In this paper, photovoltaic energy conversion system is used for providing power to the load and grid. Perturb and observe method is utilize to track maximum power under varying irradiance condition to provide constant active power. The detection and extraction of accurate phase angle under unbalance utility condition is achieved by using three phase magnitude PLL. The solar power is transfer to the load during day time and voltage source inverter act as a shunt active power filter at night which minimizes the burden of active power filter. 摘要

配电网与光伏系统的集成越来越受到人们的关注。光伏发电系统能够以较低的成本为负荷和电网提供有功电力。本文采用光伏能量转换系统向负荷和电网供电。利用摄动观测法跟踪不同辐照度条件下的最大功率,提供恒定的有功功率。采用三相量级锁相环实现了不平衡使用条件下的精确相角检测和提取。白天将太阳能电力输送给负荷,夜间电压源逆变器作为并联型有源滤波器,使有源滤波器的负荷降到最低。在MATLAB软件中对系统进行了建模和仿真,以显示其实用性。
