Thenꎬ hypothesis of relationship between safety accidents and network capability was put forwardꎬ data were collected through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis was made using SEM. The results show that safety incidents have a significant and direct impact on network visionꎬ network constructionꎬ network management and emotional embeddingꎬ among which influence on network vision and emotional embedding is greater than that on network construction and network management. And they exert a significant and indirect impact on network learning through intermediary role of network vision and emotional embeddingꎬ among which that role of emotional embedding is greater than that of network vision. 摘要

为了研究安全事故对建筑施工企业网络能力的影响ꎬ定义了网络能力的内涵,并将其分为五个维度ꎬ网络视觉ꎬ网络建设ꎬ网络管理ꎬ网络学习和情感嵌入。然后提出安全事故与网络能力关系的ꎬ假设ꎬ通过问卷调查收集数据,并利用扫描电镜进行实证分析。结果表明,安全事件对网络视觉ꎬ网络建设ꎬ网络管理和情感嵌入ꎬ有显著而直接的影响,其中对网络视觉和情感嵌入的影响大于对网络建设和网络管理的影响。它们通过网络视觉和情感嵌入的中介作用对网络学习产生显著的间接影响ꎬ,其中情感嵌入的作用大于网络视觉的作用。因此ꎬ施工企业可以通过及时对网络进行战略规划来减少安全事故对网络容量的影响ꎬ加强组织间的协调和情感联系。
