Groups A1 and B1 with A2 and B2 were treated with 1.85 mg kgG and 3.70 mg kgG of 90% ethylene glycol intraperitoneally once, respectively. Groups B1 and B2 were also given 1 mL of the plant extract, respectively by oral incubation for 21 consecutive days while group C received only the water and food. The average body weights of the treated groups decreased significantly at p<0.05 compared to control. The result showed no significant change at p<0.05 in total protein levels and significant decrease in albumin, total and direct bilirubin levels compare to control. 摘要

研究了赤芍叶提取物对乙二醇暴露的白化大鼠总蛋白、白蛋白、总胆红素及结合胆红素水平的影响。实验动物分为3组:A、B、C组和A、B组再分为2组;AI A2 B1 B2。各组和亚组各6只白化大鼠,给予水和食物。A1、B1组与A2、B2组分别腹腔注射1.85 mg kgG和3.70 mg kgG的90%乙二醇1次。B1组和B2组分别给予植物提取物1 mL,连续口服培养21 d, C组只给予水和食物。与对照组相比,各处理组的平均体重显著降低(p<0.05)。结果显示,与对照组相比,总蛋白水平无显著变化(p<0.05),白蛋白、总胆红素和直接胆红素水平显著降低。得到的结果表明乙二醇的毒性和植物提取物影响分析参数水平的能力。
