摘要

背景:新生儿三尖瓣索破裂伴严重反流是罕见且具有破坏性的。病例报告:在这里,我们报告的情况下,足月男性新生儿提出了紫绀引起严重的三尖瓣反流,由于前小叶乳头肌破裂。通过输注前列腺素E1初步稳定后,成功实现了早期修复。结论:三尖瓣乳头肌破裂的早期诊断至关重要,术后早期手术修复效果良好。
