The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the application of knowledge management at the Pratama Tamansari Dua Jakarta Tax Office. The method in this study is simple qualitative through the technique of observing objects in the field and literature. Based on the results of the research and evaluation it turned out that the Tamansari Dua Tax Service Office had implemented Knowledge Management well and consistently so that the process of achieving goals had a basis for reference in work and had shown significant results in trying to achieve individual and organizational performance. Institutional innovation and development is faster because with the knowledge management cycle pattern all knowledge is well archived and can be easily accessed by all members. However, the willingness of each individual in the member's institution to be explicit in all tacit knowledge is needed so that it can be disseminated to other members.
