摘要

研究背景目的:分析不同治疗时间接受介入栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤(IA)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、神经烯醇化酶(NSE)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平的变化及预后因素:对我科2018年1月至2021年6月收治的200例IA患者进行回顾性分析。所有患者均接受了介入栓塞治疗。根据手术时间将患者分为早期组(n=120,发病至手术时间≤72 h)和延迟组(n=80,发病至手术时间>72 h)。比较两组患者的栓塞效果、并发症和神经功能缺损量表(NDS)评分。比较手术前后血清MMP-9、NSE和MPO水平,并用格拉斯哥预后量表(GOS)评估所有患者术后2年内的预后,相应分为预后良好组(n=147)和预后不良组(n=53),对影响患者预后的因素进行单变量和多因素分析。
