摘要

减少市民对公共服务的不满是良好城市治理的一个挑战。本文以南京警方“民意110”事件为例,探索了一种主动、准确、及时地衡量市民满意度,改善服务不足的新方法。研究结果证实了有效的双向沟通、以公民为中心的方法以及综合使用技术在提高公民满意度方面的重要性。本文为面临市民对公共服务不满困境的城市政府提供了可行的解决方案。

How to satisfy dissatisfied citizens with urban public services? The case from Nanjing, China
