摘要

介绍了机械数控加工磨床冷却装置的设计方法和工作原理。通过对机械数控加工中磨床冷却问题的分析,提出了问题的技术解决方案、模型构建和具体实现模式。与传统冷却装置相比,该装置使用简单,冷却均匀,冷却剂冷却效果更好。在冷却的同时,去除一部分金属屑和杂质,避免了对加工表面精度的不利影响,对生产实践具有重要的指导意义。
