摘要

目的:探讨Budd-Chiari综合征合并下腔静脉血栓形成的有效诊断和治疗方法。方法:1983年5月~ 1998年12月诊治43例。结果:手术治疗42例，经皮腔内血管成形术1例。出现肺动脉血栓栓塞6例，经药物治疗治愈4例，死亡2例。结论:彩色多普勒超声联合下腔静脉造影及经皮经肝肝静脉造影可鉴别Budd-Chiari综合征患者下腔静脉血栓形成。目前主要的治疗方法是打开下腔静脉，通过手术清除血栓。
