摘要

讨论了现代经济条件下存在通货膨胀过程的城市房地产基本建设投资项目有效性评价的主要方法。它表明,在评估国有财产的房地产有效性的方法上发生了根本变化,这与设施的设计、建造、维护和操作(包括其处置)的费用以及收到的利益或收入有关,同时考虑到现代乌克兰经济中存在的通货膨胀过程。在房地产生命周期概念的框架下,对房地产对象的成本和费用进行了分析。指出了乌克兰在国有城市基本建设房地产项目的创造和经营中引入合理科学的生命周期成本估算方法的基本信息和方法问题,并提出了解决这些问题的途径。
