This research aims to investigate the validity of DesignBuilder simulation software by using the actual traditional house in terms of heat gain. In this study, the comparative method was used to determine the differences in heat gain in a traditional courtyard house in Kerman that was simulated using DesignBuilder software and measured experimentally. This study also reveals that the difference between simulation results and empirical measurement is not more than 10%. 摘要

近年来,新的设计技术被应用于建筑的设计阶段,以适应人体的热舒适。由于建筑物内的能源消耗范围很广,如果没有模拟工具,就不可能对不同能效策略的影响做出正确的决定。建筑师需要了解模拟软件的准确性和精度,以便将其作为预测能耗的有价值的工具。本研究的目的是通过实际的传统房屋来考察DesignBuilder仿真软件在热增益方面的有效性。在本研究中,采用对比法确定了Kerman传统四合院的热增益差异,并使用DesignBuilder软件进行了模拟和实验测量。本研究还发现,模拟结果与实证测量的差异不超过10%。可以得出结论,DesignBuilder计算靠近庭院的房间的热增益有足够的有效性。
