An HSkMC growth medium + 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS). HSkMC from groups 1 to 3 gradually became round in shape and gathered in clusters. These changes differed between the groups. In group 3, the HSkMC clusters were more in numbers and gathered as significantly more prominent than in the other groups under the EVOS-Microscope shown.
