摘要

摘要利用反铁电体中偶极子对外加电场(E)在E方向和反E方向的响应不同的思想,通过求解kittel函数,从理论上证实了在电场环上同时出现的反铁电双环和双介电峰。通过求解由热力学参数控制的偶极子向铁电相的转化问题和反铁电相中的反铁电耦合系数,数值模拟结果表明,反铁电相向铁电相的转化有两种途径:降低温度至临界温度和增大参数α0。计算结果与实验结果吻合较好。
