The principles, directions and factors of application of these tools are defined. Formed reveals the advantages of forfeiting by the exporter and importer. The forfeiting is a tool that allows to develop an anticrisis strategy in terms of minimizing risks, since the forfeiter takes on all the risks during forfeiting are determined.
