The paper authors suppose that one of the aspects affecting the pump efficiency is the triboelectric effect occuring in the valves. The paper analyzes the results of theoretic and experimental studies of this effect. 摘要

众所周知,由于自由气体进入泵或气缸内压力降低而导致的气体分离有助于降低泵的效率,而这反过来又导致泵的生产率降低。本文认为影响泵效率的因素之一是阀内的摩擦电效应。本文对该效应的理论和实验研究结果进行了分析。在实验的基础上进行了数理统计分析,结果表明,消除摩擦电效应后,泵的效率有可能提高2- 3%。
