The studies were carried out on ordinary black soil in the conditions of the central black earth. The influence of fertilizers on the content of nutrients in plants, yield and quality of grain on various varieties of spring barley is considered. It has been established that with an increase in the level of fertilization and the direct application of mineral fertilizers for barley, a significant increase in the yield and quality of barley grain is observed.
