在研究中,不同剂量的AVG(100、200、300 ppm)和NAA(10、15、20 ppm)在估计收获前3周施用于树木。
The Effect of AVG and NAA Applications on Yield, Preharvest Drop and Fruit Quality Characteristics in Cresthaven Peach Cultivar
In this study, the effects of Aminoethoxyvinylglycine (AVG) and Naphthyl acetic acid (NAA) applications on preharvest drop and fruit quality of “Cresthaven” peach cultivar grafted on peach seedlings. In the study, different doses of AVG (100, 200, 300 ppm) and NAA (10, 15, 20 ppm) were applied on trees 3 weeks before the estimated harvest. It was determined that AVG applications delayed the harvest by 1 week compared to Control and NAA (Naphthalene Acetic Acid) applications. Cumulative drop decreased in all treatments. Especially, AVG was found to be more effective than NAA in increasing efficiency. In the study, it was determined that the total yields between 113.30 kg (control)-166.83 kg (300 ppm AVG). AVG applications were found to be quite effective in increasing fruit flesh firmness. Fruit size and fruit weight increased in all treatments in “Cresthaven” peach cultivar. There was no noticeable difference in fruit skin color values. Harvest pH value decreased in AVG-treated fruits. It has been determined that especially AVG applications reduced the respiration rate and accordingly reduce ethylene production.
