中枢性尿囊症以多饮、多尿、脱水、烦躁不安、摄食不良、发育不全、高钠血症为主要特征，是由于缺乏抗利尿激素所致。本文报道1例新生儿体重过低，在新生儿期发生垂体出血继发中枢性尿囊症，经鼻用醋酸去氨加压素治疗成功的病例，强调醋酸去氨加压素可能也是治疗中枢性尿囊症的有效方法极低出生体重早产儿的治疗;Turk Arch Ped 2013;48: 241 243

Turkish Archives of Pediatrics also publishes editorial comments, letters to the editor, rare case reports and content which would contribute to the continuing medical education of physicians.
