摘要

摘要本研究旨在探讨校长领导与教师绩效对伦庆查亚区幼儿园学生学习成果的显著影响。本研究的总体为122名教师,样本为93名教师。本研究结果表明:(1)校长领导对教师绩效有显著影响,其值为(tcount 5552 >表1.99547);教师绩效对学生学习成果有显著影响,其值为(tcount 2180>表1.99547);校长领导和教师绩效对学生学习成果有显著影响,其值为fcount 15.553>表3.29,其显著水平为0.000 <0.05,则H0为拒绝,接受H1。不同标签的领导可以得出结论,校长和教师的绩效同时显著影响学生的学习成果在伦平加亚街道奥甘奥甘Ilir幼儿园。
