Concerning the indicators of osteogenesis, it was observed that cells in contact with all the materials were able to induce the osteogenesis and this process was influenced by the period of the cell culture in contact with bone substitutes. 摘要

本研究的目的是评价实验β-三磷酸钙(实验β-TCP)与另外两种骨替代品:牛羟基磷灰石(HA) (Bio-Oss®- Geistlich)和β-三磷酸钙(β-TCP - Bionnovation)的成骨指标、细胞毒性和遗传毒性。分别用MTT法和MNT法测定细胞活力和遗传毒性。以碱性磷酸酶活性、总蛋白含量、钙沉积等指标分析成骨指标。MTT和MNT试验表明,所有被测材料均无细胞毒性和基因毒性。在成骨指标方面,观察到与所有材料接触的细胞均能诱导成骨,且这一过程受与骨代用品接触的细胞培养时间的影响。基于本研究的结果,我们得出结论,这种实验性β-TCP似乎是一种很有前途的骨替代品材料。
