Shoot tips of different rhizomes under in vitro condition behaved different. Some cultures give more response while others less and produced less number of shoots. 摘要
cv.的微繁殖响应。研究Basrai(香蕉)。以吸盘为外植体,分别在MS上分别添加4、5、6 ml BAP培养。每隔四周,切除黑色组织。清洗后进行继代培养。在每次继代培养中,通过计算新芽的数量来记录数据。不同根茎的茎尖在离体条件下表现不同。一些培养给予更多的响应,而另一些则较少,产生较少的芽数。每个茎尖继代5次后,平均产生112株植株。
