It is novel technology by which we improved therapeutic efficacy, bioavailability of API and better patient compliance. Polymeric NPs have shown promising in the delivery of drug to specific sites for the treatment of a range of disease. Polymeric nanoparticles with a size in the nanometer range protect active substance against degradation in vitro and in vivo, release the drug in a controlled manner, and allow for targeted therapy. The current review discusses polymeric nanoparticle manufacturing methods.
