摘要

由于日益增长的电力问题,非常需要使用风力发电。但由于风速的随机变化,风力发电机的输出功率会随机波动,频率也会出现波动。结果就是能量减少了。本文提出了一种风速控制螺距控制器,既能控制风力发电机输出功率的波动,又能减小频率的波动。仿真分析采用真实风速数据,采用PSCAD/EMTDC进行了仿真分析[1]。
