摘要

表面织体刀具在金属切削过程中具有优异的切削性能,能较好地降低切削过程中的切削力和切削热。本文采用有限元模拟方法,利用CBN刀具对AISI 1045材料进行切削加工。采用田口法对不同尺寸的表面纹理工具进行了研究。通过改变刀具纹理的宽度、深度和间距进行了仿真研究。我们考虑表面纹理的宽度、深度和间距的大小组合,选择更合适的尺寸参数。表面织构宽度对金属切削温度和应力分布的影响最大。
