Especially, quantitative calculating methods of parameters related to Shared Parking Analysis are proposed. 摘要

“停车问题”已成为国内外大中城市普遍存在的问题,尤其是在城市混合用地中。常用的根据信号块指标计算停车需求的方法存在一定的局限性,可能会高估混合用地的停车需求。本文在单个街区停车需求指标的基础上,重点研究了混合土地利用下共享停车的机理,分析了地理条件、各街区停车需求的时间变化、不同街区之间的活动关系等因素对共享停车需求的影响,提出了共享停车需求分析与计算的过程和方法。特别提出了共享停车分析中相关参数的定量计算方法。最后,通过成都市混合土地利用实例的计算分析,验证了该方法的有效性,表明混合土地利用中可减少拟设置的配置车位规模,为合理确定拟设置的配置车位指标提供了实用参考。
