摘要

为了解决内镜导航过程中肠道中心定位不准确的问题,本文提出了一种基于形态学重构的局部阈值自适应定位方法。在图像重建的基础上,结合局部阈值,需要找到内窥镜图像的肠道中心点,并通过肠道中心点的引导来引导内窥镜在肠道内的运动,这是结合内窥镜与视觉导航进行内窥镜导航路径规划的重要依据。本文通过连续拍摄355张真实肠镜图像定位肠壁中心点,得到准确的肠壁中心点。中心点用于引导内窥镜前端,在内窥镜和视觉导航中起到导航作用。
