Research on the role of teachers in motivating high-class student learning during the pandemic, was carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Ternate City, carried out in the even semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. This research method is descriptive qualitative, research subjects are teachers and high grade students, namely class IV, V and class VI at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Ternate. To obtain data, researchers used the techniques of observation, Interview, and documentation. Data analysis is done by organizing the data, describing it into units, synthesizing it, compiling it into a pattern, selecting the appropriate data, and drawing conclusions. 摘要

本研究旨在描述教师如何在在线学习中激励Madarasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri terate高中学生的学习。在2021-2022学年的双学期,在Negeri Ternate City伊斯兰学校开展了关于教师在大流行期间激励高年级学生学习方面的作用的研究。本研究方法为描述性定性研究,研究对象为伊斯兰马德萨大学(Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Ternate)的教师和高年级学生,即四、五、六班。为了获取数据,研究人员采用了观察、访谈和记录的方法。数据分析是通过组织数据、将其描述成单元、综合数据、将其编译成模式、选择适当的数据和得出结论来完成的。本研究结果显示,在实施在线学习的过程中,教师对闽一三城高年级学生的学习动机产生了不同的努力,即:(1)为按时提交作业的学生提供附加价值;(2)对按时正确完成作业的学生给予奖励;(3)准备各种媒体和学习方法,培养学生的乐趣;(4)对学习过程中成功回答问题的学生给予表扬。
