摘要

本研究旨在分析财政部人力资源开发培训中心bppk员工组织承诺的影响因素。本研究采用定量方法,数据分析方法包括效度检验、信度检验和SmartPLS分析。而本研究的数据收集方法采用问卷调查的方式,涉及PSDM-BPPK财政教育培训部的所有工作人员。本研究结果证明,保留管理对员工组织承诺没有显著的直接影响,但对组织承诺和员工满意度有显著的影响,并作为中介/干预变量。员工满意度本身对员工组织承诺有直接而显著的影响。
