Methods & Materials This qualitative study employed a content analysis method. Sampling was performed in 10 subjects using a purposive sampling method and continued until data saturation. Semi-Structured face-to-face interviews were used to collect the necessary data. The texts of the interviews were analyzed by qualitative method. Results As a result of the interviews, the two main themes of negative outcomes with the sub-themes of illness anxiety, low mood, death anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, social isolation, treatment limitations, and reduced physical activity as well as the main themes of positive outcomes with the sub-theme of lifestyle improvements were discovered. Each of the above-mentioned themes had several supporting semantic units. 摘要

目的了解2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)大流行期间隔离的老年人的生活经历。方法与材料本研究采用内容分析法。采用有目的抽样方法对10名受试者进行抽样,直至数据饱和。采用半结构化的面对面访谈来收集必要的数据。访谈文本采用定性方法进行分析。结果通过访谈发现了以疾病焦虑、情绪低落、死亡焦虑、人际冲突、社会孤立、治疗局限和体力活动减少为子主题的消极结局的两个主要主题和以生活方式改善为子主题的积极结局的主要主题。上述每个主题都有几个支持的语义单位。结论基于生活经验发现的主题,为隔离对老年人生物心理健康和生活质量的影响提供了有用的信息,这些特征可在老年人的治疗计划和措施中加以考虑。
