摘要

目的:探讨糖尿病患者预防足部溃疡的教育策略。方法:这是一项于2019年12月至2020年1月期间使用PUBMED、LILACS、COCHRANE和SCOPUS数据库以及健康教育、足部溃疡、糖尿病和护理描述词进行的综合综述,包括19篇主要文章。结果:对糖尿病患者实施了12种预防足部溃疡的教育策略:健康教育、以小册子为主的教育计划、随访和PowerPoint讲座、信息小册子、糖尿病足检查和指南。自我照顾、动机访谈、动机视频、教育干预、教育工作坊/工作坊、小信息服务、教育小组、个性化教育和教育小册子。结论:在不同的卫生环境下,卫生专业人员可以采用不同的教育策略,以简单、有效和可及的方式预防糖尿病患者足部溃疡。
